Bijal has an experience of 13 years in the field of fitness, wellness and health, beginning her career in India as a fitness and nutrition consultant and then moving on to manage her own group fitness studio and nutritional counseling services.

Her experience has been with individuals and groups, toddlers and children, youth, adults and older adults. She has worked in one of America’s largest corporate fitness company in New York and has personal training experience too.
