Sport psychology/mental training is the science of trying to understand the thought processes and then make changes to help individuals achieve mental strength and hence peak performance.
Individual consultations, emails and telephone conversations will help identify the concerns that are faced by individuals and then teaching the skills required to overcome them can be implemented.
Mental conditioning services are geared towards athletes and individuals who wish to excel in their performance in sport or in their day to day life through mental strength and toughness.
