Sport psychology/mental training is trying to understand the thought processes and then make changes to help individuals achieve mental strength and hence peak performance. Individual consultations, emails, and telephone conversations will help us identify the concerns that are faced by individuals and then teaching the skills required to overcome them can be implemented.
