Fitness is defined as being in good physical condition, but in today’s world, fitness means much more than being physically fit. Fitness is being physically and mentally fit. Physical fitness, is leading a healthy lifestyle by eating right and getting enough physical activity. Mental fitness on the other hand is being mentally tough and learning to deal with day to day stress better.
Training for fitness service is geared towards helping individuals lead a healthy lifestyle and reach their fitness goals. I have an experience of over 13 years in the field of fitness, wellness and health, beginning my career in India as a fitness and nutrition consultant and then moving on to manage my own group fitness studio and nutritional counseling services.
My experience has been with individuals and groups, toddlers and children, youth, adults and older adults. I have worked in one of America’s largest corporate fitness company in New York and have personal training experience too.
