Yes, we at Mental Strength-The Performance Edge are available for onsite consultations and workshops; we just require prior appointments and confirmations (approx. 20 days) to facilitate the travel. We also are available to travel with athletes for competitions and tournaments. |

How does the training for fitness services work?
The training for fitness services can be availed of in two ways:
Personal Training: This service can be availed of in the Montreal, Canada area, where you can have exercise programs designed to your requirements as well as avail of personal training sessions with the consultant.
E-Consulting: This is comparatively a new service that can be availed of via emails. An initial assessment can be done telephonically, where the consultant will discuss your requirements and help set your fitness goals. A personalized exercise plan will be designed thereafter and then the follow up is done after each workout via email. A change in the design will be made as and when deemed necessary.
